Intended Outcomes:
Through the session, participants will:
- gain a shared understanding of quality improvement and change management practices in health and social care;
- exchange their experiences and views on the role of supervisory organisations in promoting improvement of quality and safety in health and social care;
- identify opportunities for further collaboration and development regarding the role of supervisory organisations in promoting improvement of quality and safety in health and social care;
- develop ideas for how to continue their work “at home” based on insights from the session.
